Radon Testing Rockford is a local service site used to request radon testing. It is owned and operated by N5 Studio, a local marketing company in Rockford, Illinois. The testing itself is performed by a partnered local company. This page explains what information is collected when you contact us and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form or send a text message, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the town, and the details you write about why you're testing.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information. Do not send those.

What we do with it

Your information is used to schedule and carry out the testing you asked about. That means it is shared with the partnered local company that performs the test, because they cannot show up without it.

Mobile information and text messages

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with any third party other than the partnered local company for the purpose of completing the service you requested, and with our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages themselves.

If you opt in to text messages, you will receive messages related to the request you made: scheduling, arrival windows, and follow-up questions. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, typically fewer than ten messages per request.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting us by phone or through the quote form.

Phone calls

Calls to (815) 706-4040 go through a call-routing service that connects you to the team that handles testing requests. We keep a log of each call: the number that called, the time and how long it lasted. Answered calls are not recorded. If nobody picks up and you leave a voicemail, the voicemail is recorded and transcribed so the message reaches the right person.

How long we keep it

Requests and message history are kept for as long as needed to complete the work and handle any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We work with Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay.
