The work is performed by a partnered local company, and submitting a request here connects you with them.

Quotes and pricing

A price given over the phone, by text, or by email is an estimate based on what you describe. The final price is confirmed before anything is scheduled.

Prices shown on this site, including the $150 to $300 testing range, are typical figures and not a binding offer for a specific job.

What testing can and cannot tell you

A radon test measures the concentration of radon gas during the testing period at the location the device was placed. It is not a guarantee of the home's radon level at every future point in time, and levels can change with seasons, weather, and structural changes to the home.

Scheduling and access

It is your responsibility to make sure the property is accessible at the agreed time and that the testing device is left undisturbed for the full testing period. Moving, opening windows near, or otherwise disturbing an active test can invalidate the result.

Text message terms

By submitting the quote form with the text message box checked, or by texting our business number, you consent to receive text messages about your request. These include scheduling and arrival window confirmations, and follow-up questions.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, typically fewer than ten messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.
